VUE Software at the 32nd IRMI Construction Risk Conference
VUE Software will be joining 1000-plus attendees at this year’s IRMI Construction Risk Conference, to be held in Orlando, FL from November 11 – 15. The Conference is a premier forum to network with industry experts gathered with a purpose to improve construction risk and insurance programs.
This year, we are attending the event to keep ourselves up to date with the industry practices for wrap-ups. We’ll have our focus primarily on two wrap up sessions at the event:
What’s Working and Not Working about Wrap-Ups – Kurt U. Campbell of Klinedinst PC and Erik Davis of RT Specialty, LLC, will be delving into some of the real-time program scenarios and emerging trends that throw light on areas of the program that can be more effective for all the users; be it contractors or subcontractors.
Wrap-Up Feasibility—Beyond the Numbers – Kathleen Creedon of Creedon, Inc. and Catherine Wells of Ron Rakich and Associates will be presenting a feasibility study from a technical standpoint that help decision makers while evaluating Controlled insurance programs (CIPs).
Wrap-ups continue to gain in popularity as a way to control coverage and costs for insurance coverage and claims on construction projects. And, with the increasing frequency of general liability-only wrap-ups, even smaller construction values can reap the benefits of a wrap.
At the conference, we look forward to networking with CIP administrators, brokers and sponsors, as well as meeting up with our existing clients at this well-respected national event. Two of our clients, Turner Surety and Insurance Brokerage (TSIB) and Alliant Insurance Services are participating as sponsors at the event. Make sure to stop by TSIB’s Cyber Cafe, located next to the IRMI registration desk, to plug in, check email and enjoy delicious, complimentary espresso drinks.
