With the changes in the insurance industry due to the Health Care Reform Act of 2013, TBS saw an opportunity to grow their business and decided to offer billing & collection management, and producer compensation services to clients. After being contracted by a large health carrier to handle their billing & collection management, and to serve as the carrier’s third party administrator (TPA), TBS began to search for a technology partner with domain expertise and robust technology. The technology partner was also required to implement the solutions within an aggressive six-month timeline.
To address the client’s needs, we implemented VUE Billing and VUE Distribution Compensation with an easy to use Self Service Portal. After assessing the client’s needs and time constraints, it was agreed that the billing and compensation solutions would be implemented first. This implementation was completed in a short five months. The Onboarding and Compliance implementation were completed one month later. All three solutions were up and running in six months.
